What if I need a refund for a sale item or a discounted item?

Refunds for sale or discounted item will be in the amount paid, not for the the full price of the item.

When do I enter my discount or coupon code?

Coupon codes are always entered and applied prior to making final payment. Once final payment is made a coupon cannot be applied after the fact, so please be careful when entering any codes.

How do I earn points for reviewing products?

Simply log into your membership account and review a product you've purchased to earn 100 rewards points. Thats it! Your points will be automatically added to your account. Please note that you will only receive points for reviews made on products you have purchased while logged into your account.

My referee didn’t get an email. What do I do?

If your referee didn’t get an email from us, even after looking through their spam inbox, you can find your referral code on your account under the Rewards tab. You can share this code manually and all your referee needs to do is use it during checkout to get you your Crispy points.

Can the subscription billing date be changed?

While you do not have the ability to change the billing date that the card will be charged, you can skip the charge for that month to the next recurring order month.

Do you allow for coupon stacking? In other words, can I use more than one coupon at a time?

No, customers may only take advantage of one coupon, promotion, or discount at a time, and may not stack any or all of the above.

How do I check my points balance?

To check your points balance, go to your account and click on the Rewards tab. On your dashboard, you'll be able to check your earned points, the points you've redeemed, and your Rewards Program activity. Your up-to-date points balance is also always displayed in the top of the Rewards Popup. 

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer to Crispy Candies?

Nope, you can refer as many people as you’d like to Crispy Candies! For every person you refer, you get 2,500 Crispy points ($25 value), and for every five people that join using your referral code, you get an extra 2,500 Crispy points for a total of $150 in Crispy points. 

If I purchase a combination of products for a subscription and/or items that are not under subscription, will there be a shipping charge?

If you add items without a subscription, shipping costs apply for orders under $100.

Where can I find information about my order?

To find out information on your order, you will need to contact us by email at [email protected] or calling us at (689) 305-3833 and provide us with your order number.

Am I able to use a coupon more than once? Do your coupons expire?

It depends on the promotion. While the bulk of our coupons are both time sensitive and for one use only, there may be some exceptions. You should assume that your coupon will expire and cant be used more than once unless otherwise noted. Please check our website or with customer service for more information on specific coupons.

Do rewards points expire?

Yes, rewards points expire after 18 months.

How can I see if the person I referred made a purchase?

To see if the person you’ve referred has already made a purchase with Crispy Candies, head over to the Rewards tab in your account. There, you’ll see any Crispy points you’ve gained from purchases made by your referrals. Please keep in mind that purchases made by referees may not appear immediately on your dash. They will only appear once the order has been shipped. 

How do I change the payment options on my subscription?

To change the payment method on your subscription:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions tab in your Account.
  2. Click "View" on the subscription item you wish to edit. 
  3. Click on the Edit icon next to "Payment Details"
  4. Select the existing payment method you wish to use or add add a new card.
  5. If using an existing payment method, click on it and save your changes. If adding a new payment method, fill out your information and save your changes.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Through our website, we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

What do I do if my discount code expired?

Although your discount code has expired, we come out with new discounts weekly. Be on the lookout for future discount codes! If you're ever experiencing trouble purchasing with a discount code don't hesitate to contact us.

How long does it take for points to appear on my account?

Rewards points appear on your Rewards dashboard immediately after the redeeming action is completed. 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free 3-5 day shipping within the United States for orders over $99. If orders are under $99, a standard shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied.

How do I earn points with referrals?

It's simple! Once the person you referred signs up using your link and spends over $50 on a purchase, you'll get 2,500 reward points. 

How long after I order will my products arrive?

Your order will arrive 3-5 business days after placement.
