How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage all of your subscriptions directly from your account page here.
On the left-hand menu, about halfway down, choose the "Subscriptions" option. Simply find the subscription you wish to cancel and click "cancel." Your subscription and payment will end immediately. You can re-subscribe, or subscribe to new products, at any time.
My order "Needs Payment." What does this mean?
Your order was received, but we’re still awaiting payment to fulfill it. This is usually related to product subscriptions with a failed payment. You may need to update your credit or debit card before we can process and ship your order.
To change your Subscription payment method:
- Go to the Subscriptions tab in your Account.
- Click "View" on the subscription item you wish to edit.
- Click on the Edit icon next to "Payment Details"
- Select the existing payment method you wish to use or add add a new card.
- If using an existing payment method, click on it and save your changes. If adding a new payment method, fill out your information and save your changes.

Is there free shipping for subscription orders?
Yes, all subscription orders will be given free shipping.
How many days in advance do I have to cancel a subscription before getting charged?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the billing date. Or simply skip that months subscription and wait until the next scheduled subscription.
Can the subscription billing date be changed?
While you do not have the ability to change the billing date that the card will be charged, you can skip the charge for that month to the next recurring order month.
If I purchase a combination of products for a subscription and/or items that are not under subscription, will there be a shipping charge?
If you add items without a subscription, shipping costs apply for orders under $100.
